What to Expect

Cancellation

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full fee applies.

Prepayment

Clients with a history of no-shows or late payments may be required to prepay to hold a booking.

  • Official receipts provided for all sessions (for insurance)
  • Applicable taxes are added at time of payment
  • Payment accepted at time of appointment
  • Health history form required at first visit — download it here
  • A reminder email is sent 2 days before your appointment
